Files used for the Omnivore SFTP integration must be specifically named. The required names for the files are:
Product - product-feed.csv
Inventory - Inventory.csv
Shipping - shipment.csv
To make each uploaded file unique, we suggest adding a date to the file name as well, e.g.making the name 2023-06-06-Inventory.csv
Note: always remember that Omnivore file names are cases sensitive.
When adding a date to the file name, ensure the feed URL in Omnivore is set up with a * as a wildcard in the name so we expect a date in the name and process each new file uploaded.
In the example below, this retailer is using a standard product-feed.csv, however, the inventory file is dated and we are expecting *inventory.csv.
