Overview

This FAQ covers how to set up free shipping for orders in the Baby Bunting marketplace and the different scenarios when you might do so.


Setting up Free shipping- Threshold


Free shipping over a certain cart value, for example, spend $100 and get free shipping - this is set up in Baby Bunting.

  1. Login to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account.
  2. When logged in follow this Setup Guide.


Setting up Free Shipping - Temporary


To enable free shipping but only as a temporary option - switch this on and off. 

  1. Login to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account 
  2. When logged in follow this Setup Guide.


Setting up Free Shipping - Permanent


This setup requires that you setup a Shipping Policy in Omnivore.


To enable free shipping permanently

  1. Login to your Baby Bunting Marketplace Seller Account
  2. When logged in follow this Setup Guide.
  3. Do this for each shipping zone.
  4. In Omnivore, go to 'Settings - Baby Bunting - Shipping'. 
  5. Follow this guide to Add a new policy in Omnivore.
  6. Make sure 'Flat Rate is selected' from the drop down when you add the policy in Omnivore.
  7. If you do not select a product group all products will have Free Shipping
  8. If you only want some products to have Free Shipping them create a Product Group and use that group in the Free Shipping Policy in Omnivore.
