Add Your Connection Details

Pre connection points to consider: 

  • If you're new to Omnivore, simply select My Deal Marketplace during the sign up process after installing the Omnivore app and follow the prompts.
  • Existing Omnivore Customers adding My Deal into Omnivore follow the steps below.
  • You will have to be logged into your My Deal Marketplace Account and you will also need to access/login to Omnivore to complete this process.


  1. Omnivore needs a Seller ID and Seller Token to connect to My Deal. If you do not have a seller account please apply for one here https://marketplace.mydeal.com.au/ .  Your Onboarding Manager at My Deal will provide you with your Seller ID and Seller Token when they create your My Deal selling account.
  2. With your seller id and seller token navigate to Settings - My Deal - General in Omnivore
  3. At the top of that page add the ID and Token into the relevant fields., we recommend using copy and paste.
  4. Scroll down on the Settings page and click Update Settings.




Test Your Connection

The check connection button tests the connection from Omnivore to My Deal.  If you do get an error check the credentials and repeat the steps above.
