Overview

Omnivore's billing method depends on your eCommerce platform.


  • BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Magento integrations require you to add your credit card directly into Omnivore.
  • Shopify integrations are billed through Shopify, so you won’t need to enter billing details into Omnivore. Shopify billing is also processed in USD.


Billing and Payment Cycles

Your 30-day free trial begins the day you install the Omnivore app. 


After the trial ends, billing begins, with your first charge applied 30 days later - meaning we bill monthly in arrears. This applies to all Omnivore integrations, regardless of platform.


Due to the fact that we bill monthly in arrears if you terminate your account with us, you will receive a further bill for the period prior to your termination.


Please note that Omnivore’s charges are separate from any fees from your eCommerce platform or marketplace. The amount billed by Omnivore is solely for the use of the app.


Shopify Billing Considerations

For Shopify retailers, Omnivore’s billing cycle will almost certainly not align with Shopify’s. If our bill isn't generated before Shopify's monthly billing cutoff, it will roll over to the next cycle. 


As a result, you may occasionally see no Omnivore charge in one month, followed by two charges on your next Shopify bill—one for the previous period that missed the cutoff and one for the current period.

Find your invoice in Omnivore

Each month, an invoice is generated within Omnivore. To access it, go to Settings > Account Summary > Invoices Tab. On the Account Summary page, you can also view a detailed explanation of your current plan. 


To view an actual invoice click View from the Invoice Tab page. The invoice will open in a browser tab and you can save it as a PDF if you need a copy.



Suspend Billing

On the Settings - Account Summary page you can Suspend Account.  This is what suspending your account does:

  • Suspends billing of the app.
  • Stops all updates and feeds from your eCommerce Store.
  • Stops us from importing your orders from all marketplaces you're connected to.
  • Stops all activity to do with every marketplace integration. 
  • It does not remove the app from your eCommerce Store.
  • It does not affect your marketplace account.
  • It does not remove or end your marketplace listings.
