Things You Need to Know
- If you have existing marketplace listings when integrating from your eCommerce platform, it’s crucial not to activate "Start Selling" in Omnivore until you've addressed or removed your existing listings. Failing to do so may lead to irreversible listing and order issues.
How to Proceed
Each marketplace has its own approach to handling pre-existing listings alongside new integrated ones. There isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. In some cases, you can keep existing listings, but in others, they may need to be removed from the marketplace.
Please review the relevant FAQ and comments below carefully, depending on the marketplace you are setting up:
- Catch Marketplace
- eBay Australia
- Kogan Marketplace
- Amazon Australia and relevant information about ASIN Linking
- Trade Me
- MyDeal - notify your account manager that you will be using Omnivore, they will advise the best steps for your existing listings.
- Onceit Marketplace - existing listings are handled case by case, please reach out to your account contact at Onceit for more information.
- Baby Bunting - notify your account manager that you will be using Omnivore, they will advise the best steps for your existing listings.
