Things You Need to Know
If you already have live marketplace listings created directly from your eCommerce platform, it’s important not to click Start Selling in Omnivore until those listings have been reviewed and handled correctly.
Activating Start Selling without first addressing existing listings can result in duplicate listings, order syncing issues, or listing problems that may be difficult or impossible to reverse.
How to Proceed
Each marketplace handles existing listings differently when integrating with Omnivore. There is no single approach that works for all marketplaces.
In some cases, existing listings can remain live
In other cases, listings must be removed or adjusted before integration
For this reason, it’s essential to review the marketplace-specific guidance before continuing.
