This Kogan validation warning and error message can sometimes occur if the structure of the product has changed e.g. the product was a single variant then became a multi-variant OR vice versa.  Most marketplaces do not handle product structure changes very well.  We can delete the product data for you and attempt to update the product to Kogan again, to do this you will need to contact our Support Team by raising a ticket.

Kogan validation error: creation error: Costs not provided for any approved currencies

This error points to a potential issue with shipping on Kogan. It can mean that the shipping policy does not exist for the relevant country which is Kogan AU or Kogan NZ.  Check the shipping policies are present for either AU or NZ or if you are selling on both check there is a shipping policy for both.

It can also mean an issue with the Shipping Policy Name if the Policy names are duplicated. Example: you have 5 policies and the policy names all have the words 'Local Freight' in the name this can disrupt how Kogan receives product updates as shipping policy names must be unique and this is part of the feed / offer validation. Secondary importance if the shipping policies are using product groups.

The solution is to have ALL shipping policy names unique. This then allows the products to find the correct shipping name and sit in the right group. The result - offer is created and sent through properly to Kogan.

Please check your shipping policy names, make sure they are all unique, edit them in Omnivore if needed and the hit Upload to Kogan.

This error is coming from Kogan; we do see this error when Kogan allows retailers to list a certain number of products and then will review them at a later date.

We have no input into this, but we can suggest you reach out to Kogan Support directly and they can assist.
